Draft North Central Vision Action Plan
The North Central Vision Action Plan is a revitalization strategy for the Covenant Blu Grand Center and Vandeventer neighborhoods that motivates residents to stay place while encouraging new community members to move in. The Plan is derived from a community-led process that focused on neighborhood assets and their strengths. It seeks to highlight the vision and diversity of North Central area and to support a healthy-thriving neighborhood. Before the Plan is carried out it will first go through an implementation and adoption process with the City of St. Louis. You are welcome to learn more about the aspirations and development goals of the Covenant Blu Grand Center and Vandeventer neighborhoods in the North Central Plan below.
